Last week I had the chance to experience the new Adidas boost shoes. They’re called boost because they obviously give you a boost while running. I tried it out, and they really did. Pretty cool feeling, we ran all around Winterthur, what happened to be my home town. I do train, but not so regularly so I was totally exhausted after those 4 Km (2.5 Miles). And Guess what, I had sore muscles almost 3 days, after that run. Defiantly need to do more sports. Lucky me I get to wear these fancy Adidas cloth, that motivates me a lot more. Time to get fit for the summer! How do you work out?
